I love pigeons. I don't know why. I always seem to take pictures of the pigeons when I'm in any city. Wouldn't it be great to see one with a red cowboy hat?

Went to the SOWA Open Market last weekend in Boston. Saw some really great indie art! I bought a tshirt for my son and a cool coffee sleeve for me! I actually have 2 new paintings to upload later. I'm really getting excited for the Fall! My favorite time of year to paint I think.

I'm such an avid blog reader of other people's blogs, addicted to it even, so I'm pretty ashamed that I don't keep mine up to date. I am really going to try to change that and post at least once a week. I need to start sketching and painting more often so maybe knowing that I need to post something on here will help me to remain motivated!

Tracking down old friends ... the old-fashioned way
Seems like everyone is super busy these days, making it difficult to keep in touch with your friends. I personally love Face Book. It's the easiest and most convenient way for me to keep connected with friends and family. Let's face it, everyone is on their computers at least once a day (or ALL day like me).

Latest illustration for the Sunday Portsmouth Herald. I draw the whole image on my Mac Book Pro laptop using no mouse, just the finger pad. These illustrations usually take me about 2 hours to do.

This illustration was for an article about Lego's in today's Portsmouth Herald. The author wanted the "Commander Cody" lego man for his son but found out that you could not get it without buying the huge expensive kit of lego's.
